We recommend the use of SOLE PROTECTORS because: they protect and extend the life of the soles. If you replace the protectors before they wear out, the soles will never wear out from the bottom of the shoe. Protectors can be low to high traction with the Vibram brand being the longest lasting option. Or, for those of you who prefer the leather sole feel, we can add a leather half sole to the regular sole for added protection.
